GIS Software Elshayal Smart GIS package is an almost First Arabian GIS software which completely developed by Arabian developers team (Mohamed Elshayal & Salsabeel Mohamed Elshayal  & Yaseen Mohamed Elshayal) and independent of any commercial software package, and It is not supported or funded by any organization.



GIS Software Elshayal Smart GIS is a free lightweight software program which allows you to work with vector layers and raster images. It can be handled by users who specialize in GIS.

      Kindly please follow these steps in our GIS Software
      1 - open your rectified images
      2 - add new layer points
      3 - Add three exact points in map above the images
      4 - get the coordinates of these three points and write them in Notepad

      Kindly please follow these steps in AutoCAD Software
      1 - Insert your image
      2 - Use the command Align to align these exact points in their coordinates

      NB
      These steps works very well for UTM or any TM projected coordinates system
      but it gives some shift in Lon and Lat Geographic coordinates system especially with big area images

    I downloaded the new version.
    But "Convert Shape....Web Application" is grewed out. So I can´t do that.
    I´ve got the message - "Google Earth is not connected"
    What does that mean: "Google Earth is not connected , Please Login Google Earth -> Tools Menu " and then?

    And - I deinstalled Google Earth pro and installed Google Earth new. No success - still the message ...not connected.

    Sorry - I can´t believe that I´m the only one with that problem?! And that you are until now were not faced with this...

    I thougt .arb is the key to work with your software. But it is not. The same problems still exist so pease, please, please tell me why do I get the two messages:

    1: GOOGLE EARTH IS NOT CONNECTED
    2: PLEASE LOGIN GOOGLE EARTH> TOOLS MENU (in the console)

    a. It is not a firewall problem
    b. I reinstalled Google Earth 3 times
    c. I made the Google Earth settings like you wanted in the video

    I need help, whenever i import rectified google image to my Elshayal smart GIS workspace and i download the colored google earth image to reload it, it does not reload and after a while it freezes and shut down itself saying "Screen shot is not saved"
